A card is required to schedule/hold an appointment online. No charge will be made to the card, unless there is a Cancellation or No Show charge applied.
New Client Policy
New clients are required to book online for their first service. Please review our "Waxing 101" page before your appointment!
Please call if you are going to be more than five minutes late. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will, most likely, need to be rescheduled.
If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If it is after that time, you will be charged a $10 Late Cancellation Fee.
If you have a scheduled appointment and 'No Show' without speaking to us or leaving a message for Wax Loft, you will be charged a No Show Fee equivalent to 50% of your scheduled appointment price.
